Formation

After going through with the survey and evaluation; the Commission on Youth Ministry saw the need to deepen and strengthen the formation aspect of its members and other young people in the parish.

The scenario of having a new set of leaders and staff as well as members from the youth ministry is inevitable. That is why those urgent demands and ever changing situations in the youth ministry necessitate the adequate formation of members/staff together with other young people located within the vicinity of our parish. That is integrated and ongoing in the call of the parish pastoral plan, covering concepts, attitudes and skills. The process and program of formation should guarantee personal maturity, professional competence and spiritual depth.
